Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as clearance
Because our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in pattern placement are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Contact us to confirm availability.
- Ship the original item back in unused condition.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange.
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our website within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mophti is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Store Credit
In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward future purchases.
